How To Order:

Online: Once you have added all your items to the cart, proceed to check out, and fill out the required information. 

By Telephone: A Gallery Representative would be pleased to assist you during business hours.

In Person: You can see Mark's work in his own gallery in Tofino or at a number of other galleries. Visit the galleries page for more details.

Payment Options:

Visa / MasterCard / AMEX / Canadian Cheques / eTransfer / Cash
If you wish to pay for an online order by Cheque or eTransfer, please contact us to arrange.

Credit Card Payment - The cardholder will be asked for their name, contact number, and mailing address as well as the card details, including security code.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Cancellations and Returns:

Your order can be cancelled at anytime before it has been shipped. Please contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your order.

We understand that artworks and screens can often differ when it comes to colours and detail. If you are not happy with any original or reproduction artwork that you've ordered online or by phone then it may be returned but please contact us before shipping it to discuss the issue and how to progress in getting it returned. In-person gallery sales, where the artwork leaves with you, are final sales.

We take great care to pack items securely however if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.

Shipping & Delivery:

On purchases over $400 we offer complimentary shipping to Canadian & U.S. mainland addresses, and a $200 flat fee to all other destinations.
Applies to Mark Hobson original and reproduction artworks only, excluding consignments.

Under $400 and consignment items will be quoted.

Tracking Orders:

For all orders being shipped via Canada Post or courier, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with shipping date, tracking information and expected time of arrival.

Packaging:
Where possible, Mark Hobson Gallery - Coastline Art Inc. recycles and reuses packaging materials. Each item is packaged to high standards to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase.

Framed and Unframed paintings and giclées are wrapped in paper, cornered, and hand packaged in sturdy cardboard.

Paper prints and unstretched canvas giclées come rolled and shipped in a tube.

Damaged Package? We package all items with care however if a package arrives with noticeable damage, please do not open it and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Canadian Taxes and International Duties & Import Taxes: .

Items shipped within B.C. are subject to B.C. sales taxes of GST 5% and PST 7%.
Items shipped out of B.C. to other Canadian provinces and territories are subject to sales taxes of GST 5% only.
International shipments are not subject to Canadian sales taxes, but may incur import duties and taxes. If applicable, these charges will be applied against the shipment by the customs offices once your shipment reaches your country. Mark Hobson Gallery - Coastline Art Inc is unable to determine the amount that may be charged and we cannot be responsible or held accountable for any additional charges. Any additional charges are paid by the customer. For specific details and further information, please contact the Customs offices of your country.
